Warranty Information

  5 Year Warranty

Labor is warranted against defects for a period of (5) five years

All parts/material is warranted according to manufacturers warranty. Customer is responsible to look solely to those manufacturers for all warranty claims.

Customer agrees that Regal is NOT responsible for any consequential damages arising as a result of the failure or misuse of any product.

Customer accepts responsibility for materials that they supply are in good condition and are the  correct materials for installation.

Customer also agrees that non-payment of all or any part of the agreed amount, SHALL RENDER ALL OF  Regal Enterprises, Inc. WARRANTY NULL AND VOID.
